Water Shortage Emergency - Mandatory Conservation Required - Stage 3 of the Drought Contingency Plan
March 25, 2022
California is experiencing extremely dry conditions for a third consecutive year and the 2022 Water Year is on pace to be the driest on record.
As a result of the District having a very limited water supply relative to its recent usage, a Water Shortage Emergency has been declared.
The District has entered into Stage 3 of the Drought Contingency Plan. This requires mandatory conservation. All customers will be receiving a water budget for the remainder of the 2022 Water Year which ends February 2023.
Please see the Drought Contingency Plan for more details.
